Corsair Plastic Recycling: Turning Waste into Waves of Change!

A groundbreaking solution enabling global plastic neutrality through international trade.

Although many are eager to contribute to reducing plastic waste, identifying the most impactful approach can be challenging. Corsair and the CSR Plastic Credit now simplify this process for all.

BANGKOK, THAILAND / ACCESSWIRE / July 27, 2022 – Corsair introduces a user-friendly CSR Plastic Credit system, enabling individuals and businesses to achieve Certified Plastic Neutral status effortlessly.

A globally recognized, ISCC-certified circular economy innovator specializing in the advanced conversion of post-consumer plastic waste (e.g., bags, films, packaging) into sustainable Advanced Bio-oil. Our output serves as a critical feedstock for eco-conscious fuels (diesel, gasoline, jet fuel) and circular plastic production.

Corsair, headquartered in Thailand with its European operations based in the Netherlands, is committed to combating global plastic pollution. By transforming discarded plastic waste from landfills and the environment into high-value products, the company drives sustainable innovation for a cleaner planet.

Beyond its primary operations, Corsair has expanded its commitment to sustainability by assisting businesses and individuals in mitigating their environmental footprint. Through its Certified Plastic Neutral initiative, the company enables clients to offset and eliminate the impact of their plastic waste.

With each individual generating roughly 50kg of plastic waste annually—totaling a staggering 5,000kg over a lifetime—the cumulative environmental toll becomes undeniable.

Commercial enterprises contribute significant volumes of plastic waste, ranging from dozens to hundreds of kilograms monthly, with multinational firms producing millions of kilograms in the same period.

While corporations bear significant responsibility, individual plastic consumption collectively fuels the crisis—with over 90% of global plastic waste left unrecycled annually.

Corsair recognizes the difficulty of tackling the global plastic crisis—a challenge we all share. That’s why we’ve developed a simple, accessible solution to empower everyone to contribute meaningfully to environmental protection.

With the launch of a user-friendly CSR Plastic Credit, Corsair empowers individuals and businesses alike to achieve Certified Plastic Neutral status effortlessly.

Plastic Footprint Neutrality

Plastic Neutrality ensures that for every kilogram of plastic waste you generate, an equivalent amount is collected and recycled from the environment—including oceans and landfills.

Corsair offers inclusive solutions to help everyone reach this goal, with seamless progress tracking. Their innovative tool, the CSR Plastic Credit, acts as a digital receipt—verifiable proof that plastic waste has been responsibly removed from the environment.

Corsair turns plastic waste into value: 1kg collected releases 10 CSR Plastic Credits, with every step logged on the blockchain for trust.

Plastic Credits operate akin to Carbon Credits—each credit embodies a measurable reduction in plastic pollution. By buying and retiring CSR Plastic Credits, entities and individuals can counterbalance their plastic waste generation.

A Plastic Credit is a tradable certificate that quantifies the removal or recycling of a set amount of plastic waste from the environment, as outlined by the WWF. Corsair’s CSR Plastic Credit program embodies this principle.

In collaboration with WWF, multinational corporations like Unilever, Starbucks, PepsiCo, and Microsoft, along with other international organizations, have pledged support for the global Plastic Credit Revolution.

Publicly Traded Plastic Credits

Breaking: CSR Plastic Credits hit the market! Now tradable on LATOKEN, XT.com, Coinsbit, and P2PB2B, opening doors for eco-conscious investors and businesses worldwide.

Brands and multinational corporations are increasingly turning to plastic offset mechanisms, fueling steady expansion in the plastic credit sector.

The going rate for certified plastic credits, which ensure an equivalent amount of plastic waste is collected and processed, falls in the range of $0.5 to $1 per kg in today’s market.

Transforming Plastic Waste into High-Grade Bio-Oil

Corsair does the heavy lifting for you! Their innovative recycling plant turns plastic waste into Advanced Bio-oil using green technology. This miracle oil can become cleaner fuels or new plastics, slashing the need for traditional oil and shrinking CO₂ emissions—making sustainability simple and scalable.

Turning ‘trash’ into treasure—by crafting useful products from worthless plastic waste—saves our planet from further harm and creates shared value for society.

Digitalization is driving a revolution in plastic waste management,’ emphasized Jussi Veikko Saloranta, CEO of Corsair Group.

Did you know? 8 in 10 U.S. shoppers would choose brands that cut down on plastic waste—and they care more about plastic harming oceans than climate change, says a recent study.

We’ve all witnessed the devastating impact of plastic waste—heartbreaking scenes of marine life suffocated by pollution, our oceans transformed into dumping grounds. What’s striking is that these tragedies often feature recognizable branded products. Companies invest billions in cultivating brand loyalty, yet no corporation wants its logo synonymous with environmental destruction. And rightly so: consumers increasingly demand sustainability, refusing to support brands that prioritize profit over planetary health.

A low-effort, high-impact brand opportunity: CSR Plastic Credits enable your business to reduce and neutralize its plastic waste, strengthening sustainability credentials effortlessly.

Join Corsair—one of the world’s fastest-growing chemical recyclers—in the fight for a cleaner planet! Their groundbreaking programs, including the CSR Plastic Credit, empower everyone to go Plastic Neutral by balancing their plastic footprint. Together, we can turn waste into hope.

Corsair wants more groups to join its plastic recycling programs. For example, in Thailand, they teamed up with fishermen to collect ocean plastic through the ‘Catching Plastic Initiative.’ Corsair then recycles the plastic in Bangkok.

For the first time in history, fishermen, industry, and nature thrive together. The Catching Plastic Initiative empowers crews to profit from cleaning the oceans, Corsair to innovate sustainably, and future generations to inherit healthier waters—a triumph for people and planet alike.

Soon, we hope to see this initiative embraced globally,” remarked Jussi Veikko Saloranta, CEO of Corsair Group.

Corsair’s Answer to the Worldwide Plastic Pollution Problem

According to Corsair, overcoming the plastic waste crisis depends on a multifaceted approach.

Plastics are petroleum-derived polymers. Corsair employs pyrolysis—a thermochemical decomposition process—to revert post-consumer plastic waste (e.g., bags, films, packaging) into their foundational hydrocarbon state, yielding pyrolysis oil (also termed advanced bio-oil).

A cleaner alternative to crude oil: synthesized from plastic waste with ultra-low sulfur emissions.

Since its launch in August 2020, Corsair’s Bangkok-based chemical recycling facility (10,000 m²) has scaled capacity from 360,000 kg to 1 million kg of plastic waste per month in 2022, with further expansion to 2 million kg/month achieved in 2023.

Corsair’s 2030 roadmap includes global deployment of advanced chemical recycling plants to process 2 million metric tons of plastic waste per year.

Corsair Group International’s CEO, Jussi Veikko Saloranta, remarked, “Plastic Neutrality must be a universal ambition. By acting together now, we pave the way for a greener future.

Earth is our shared home—cherishing it today ensures tomorrow’s children inherit a thriving world.
